Healthcare is a basic necessity, but many underprivileged families lack access to even the most essential medical services. “Swasthya Sankalp” is a health and hygiene awareness initiative that provides free medical check-ups, hygiene kits, and health education sessions. Many individuals, especially women and children, suffer from preventable diseases due to poor sanitation and a lack of awareness. Through this event, Tejas Kalyan Seva Sansthan aims to educate communities on personal hygiene, menstrual health, and disease prevention.
